Personal data that we process

Nikkie Lavie processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide us with this data. We process your data in order to implement our agreement and/or to fulfill a legal duty to align our services with your requirements as well as possible.

The goal for which and the basis on which we process personal data

Nikkie Lavie processes your personal data for the following reasons:
• To conclude a payment
• To send our newsletter and/or advertising leaflet
• To be able to phone or email you if necessary to provide our services
• To inform you of changes to our services or products
• To offer you the opportunity to create an account
• To deliver goods and services to you

Nikkie Lavie analyses behaviour on the website in order to improve the website and to align our offer of products and services with your preferences. Nikkie Lavie follows surfing behaviour across various websites in order to align our products and services with your requirements. Nikkie Lavie also processes personal data when we are legally required to do so, such as the data we require for our tax returns.

 

Sharing personal data with third parties

‍‍Nikkie Lavie does not sell your data to third parties and will only make it available if this is necessary for the implementation of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal requirement.

 

View, correct, or remove data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to Nikkie Lavie processing your personal data; furthermore, you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us asking us to send a computer file, containing the personal information we hold on you, to another organisation specified by you.

By sending an email to: info@nikkielavie.com you can submit a request to inspect, correct, remove, or transfer your personal data, as well as asking to have your consent withdrawn or objecting to the processing of your personal data. Nikkie Lavie also wants to draw your attention to the fact that you have the option of filing a complaint with the national supervisory authority (the Dutch Data Protection Authority) if – in your opinion – we are processing, or have processed, your personal data unlawfully.

‍Nikkie Lavie takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
